Hey guys, been clubbing in my local "club", I use apostraphes to signify club in the looses sense!

Anyway was chilling with my mates, all of who dont know about PUA - and tbh neither do, I am very new to this - so for the moment I will be happy with Newbie status, I digress.

Well there are 2HB 8's and a HB 6, on the couches and cushions, I am talking to my mate - who is very drunk. So as a opener - I have had my back to the targets for most of my convo - I turn and say, "Ladies, I only have a sec and need a ladies opinion; does his shirt make him look gay?" they respond very well and they say yes, I ask about mine in comparison and they look me up and down in that nice way with smiles etc (something I am not used to) and say no, yours is hot! I say cheers and exit the conversation.

1) I exitted cos the opener worked and I turned my back on them I could see them in the mirror looking at me and talking etc.

2) I ALSO exited cos, well I was taken aback AND run out ideas lol, forget everything I have read, NEG, DHV etc etc, and basically just was happy that I could talk to some very pretty girls which gave me a real buzz.

It is a very small step, but seems to be working.

Any advice, pointers or anythings?

First of all well done for taking the first big step. I think in some cases it's better to exit than talk aload of nonsense (due to nervousness) and end up being blown out as a result (it's happened to me loads). Some tips for next time:

Include all the people in the conversation, you could of turn to the other girl (HB6) and said "what do you think?" I'm sure she would agree with her friend; this avoids cockblock. (maybe you did this anyway).

Relax a bit more. To me it sounds like you partly exited because you were nervous; just go with the flow and keep cool. You will always feel nervous when avoiding hot women but it's how you handle it that counts.

Next time prepare a follow-up routine after the opener: "I've got this friend named (insert name)" etc are good, you said you know some routines so just memorise them and have an idea of where to use them.

Use kino-I don't know if you did or not maybe touch their arm and say "thank you" after she said she like your shirt or something.

Just keep at it-it's gets easier. I would set a goal for next time you're out to open more sets (maybe 5) and to stay in at least 1 set for longer than this time.

Also, don't be so surprised that they paid attention as long as you open with confidence and the right attitude they'll usually respond. If when you looked in the mirror, they were smiling, then they are almost certainly interested. To me it sounds like they wanted to be picked up.

I'm not an expert, just my opinion. Keep up the sarging.

What I tell my students is to actually keep going, even if you go AFC after a bit. Just push it as far as you can. Then, when you are blow out, you can look back over it and see what you did right and what you did wrong. And, who knows? You may actually get a number or kiss close out of it anyway, just cause you had the guts to talk to them. It's all about pushing through your barriers.

Cheers guys I will try and push further and get more involved, just still shocked that it is that easy to talk to random HB's and they are actually interested.
