| I dabbled into online game over the summer. After some weird depression I wrote some comically bad online dating guide here. This is much more substantial.
Before you read, I'm going to leave out any lines or messages or profile tips, there are retarded amounts of guides online, this post is meant to be digested after you have gotten your feet wet in online game.
Online dating as you might know is a sea of women who get a retarded amount of men complimenting them and sending generic messages. BASICALLY you have to separate yourself from those men.
After experimenting with every fucking type of opener, even beta and neutral ones just to see response rate, I came to the conclusion as long as you have a decent profile, some good pics and a charming opening line, you'll do well... IF YOU TIME IT RIGHT.
When I got into this online shit (because my work schedule was insane) I was constantly got 7 - 9s responding and at an excellent rate. Naturally I started trying to get them to go on dates. They KEPT fucking flaking or just ignoring me.
I did not understand why, until I realize that It's because I care too much and tried to speed it up instead of treating online game like it was an after thought. Online game is not for the impatient, if you're impatient go out and be direct and try to pull a one night lay. Online game is meant to take awhile, I would say if you're pulling her number and trying to set up a date in less than a week, you're going too fast.
I'd say it takes approximately TWO weeks of speaking and such to get her fully comfortable with the idea of wanting to be with you or meet up with you. Being slow and steady with your game also builds attraction because you've made her think "whats wrong with me? Most guys want to see me right after they speak to me??" and you've inadvertently boosted your status over all the other men.
Just one final though, a lot of guys get into nice playful conversations online, and myself included, get too comfortable and try to treat it like it is a natural conversation. Wrong move, remember that women have ADD when they're in front of a computer, so if you're not constantly keeping her involved, she's probably going to ignore you. You keep her involved by rationing out your messages and sending them here and there like you're treating it as an after thought.
