You should change your topic title, since you aren't free at all!

Secondly, it sounds like a lot of your lifestyle or inner game has derived from having an awesome body. Which granted helps. But im doubtful you could help someone with their inner game without the body workout.

(Dont get me wrong, i also recommend my trainees to workout. But i also know how to help them work on their inner game before they're buff. You haven't mention that in the slightest.)

Good luck on your endeavours however. From personal experience, i would try doing everything you say to someone for free first. If your good and it works, word of mouth will spread. After doing it for free a few more times, you'll be able to charge what your asking now before long.

Secondly, offer a free day try out session. Or even a week depending how you want to work it. Thats a lot more tempting that asking for an instant fee.

Thats how i did it anyway, now i train people in Lincoln and Bristol!

Regards,

Boyo
