My gf is very inconsistant with texting. I don't text very often but when i do I like to have an immediate conversation (over 30 min) then break it off by saying "im busy ill ttyl"

Now, this girl and I have been dating for 3 weeks. She has only been here for 6 years but went to highschool here so she is privy.

Now, we text occasionally and she usually always replies to my texts, but sometimes does not. I usually do not send 2 in a row but sometimes I cant see her for a few days and thats the only way i get to communicate. Her roommate told me also that sometimes if she doesn't know how to reply to a text she just doesn't say anything.

Now, we are in a relationship and she never ever texts me first, I'm 99% sure I dont act needy in anyway. although her logic is weird and she may not text me because she doesn't want to bother or annoy me or something cuz i told her my last gf's were too needy, but overall I don't know what the deal is...

TL;DR: GF inconstantly texts me and can take hours or minutes to no reply period.
Should I text her again if she doesn't reply by the end of the day or just dont until i call her to hangout or see her next time (not till Friday night probably) and should I let her know this bothers me or not.

The real issue here is that you are texting her way, way too much. It comes off as needy. Stop texting her unless you want to invite her to do something or ask her a logistical question. It's OKAY to go a few days without communicating in some way.

What ever happened to phone conversations?? If she's your gf you should both be communicating
