I've done too many pickups in the past 2 weeks for my exhausted mind to comprehend but I'll put down one of my favorites for the reason that it expanded my boundaries.
First off theres one kind of set I hate most of all, and its mother sets.
Ok me and my friend are walking through a parking lot when I see a gorgeous girl with her mom in the driver seat. I look at my friend tell him...I'm going in. He salutes and I dive into set.
I give the daughter a quizcal look as I approach and I signal for her to roll down the window, to which she complies.
I kneel down at eye level with the girl.
me: I'm sorry I just had to come over here and say i thought you were adorable. *mother+daughter smile* Isn't that weird someone coming to a window like that and just showing direct interest(playing up the romance and spontaneouty vibe in order to counter act my player vibe).
me:turn to mother and ask so if have a conversation right now with your daughter right now she'd be polite right, cause thats how you raised her.
mother:nods and verbally agrees
me: or else you spank her right-look at daughter- reach out hand she takes it in a shake i hold it in a firm clasp to hold her hand. We exchange names and I tell her im 20 and ask for her age.
daughter:17
me: look away for a second in annoyance turn back to the mother daughter and say, I'm sorry your a little too young for me.
mother: She turns 18 in 5 months
Me: it was nice meeting you guys. have a nice day.
I turn away and walk over to my friend. Didn't Number Close but in a situation like this I find the knocking down of barriers to be a much greater triumph.

Well thats pickup, when I approach that random on the street I have no idea what her situation is. She can be bitchy, engaged, maybe I'm just not her type. Either way I have to approach, because you never know. For every three that blows me off that fourth might fall madly in love with me. Just have fun with it and do your best to stay out of your head.
