Is there any way to lose any interest in sex? Maybe a pill or something?
But I don't want to lose testosterone because that helps when building muscle.

Masturbate or meditate? Meditate while masturbating? Probably no pills there, just your beliefs about where you gain pleasure from and the need to satisfy your needs.

Meditate, immerse yourself into work/studying/hobby. Why would you want to do this? If you don't want to masturbate, your sexual energy will build up, but you can try channelling it into your own productivity. This can be amazing.
