On the accessories side of things, have you tried wearing a trilby hat? Dunno whether it would suit you, but I literally found one in the middle of a road and it helped me loads.
Like you can use it in different ways and with different outfits. Say you pop it on a girl's head, you can open her non-verbally or keep her around whilst you nip to the loo. When you're really instate, girls might nick it themselves as a way to open you. One thing though: DEFEND IT WITH YOUR LIFE!
