Hey bro, I just wanna say, keep up the lifting and lift HARD, it will do wonders for your confidence. But don't make the mistake I did of trying to wait until you get to a certain level thinking "ok, once I'm jacked, THEN I'll feel confident enough to approach." That set me back for a long time.

Based on where you are I recommend the Texas method. Google it. Do a LOT of squats and deadlifts. They will help your overall size a lot and make you look like an alpha who lifts for himself instead of to look pretty.

zogsports will be coming to LA. looking at what they do in other cities, they sound great. happy hours are a key part of the program. in the meantime, there could be other opportunities for low-pressure coed sports with partying afterwards.

think of the possibilities, anny. u can get in to zogsports LA on the ground floor. u can attend their first event and their first happy hour.

I'd suggest joining a sport club, perhaps do some volunteering for a while. Both great ways to meet people.

Hi again, annuitize, that post makes a good point. Volunteering is a way to meet girls year round. For Obama or for Romney would be the hot option right now. If something else appeals to you more, go for it. You don’t have to choose between sports and volunteering and lifting. VR
