Falling for someone you work with

Hi

Just some advice needed for a male whos self esteem has now totally hit rock bottom, theres this girl I work with who I have worked with for 2 years however recently we got to know each other a bit better and over the last 3 months Ive started becoming attracted to her, other people have realised this and let her know, me of course has laughed it off as a joke but since then I think she does know but has cooled off me totally(despite saying looks dont matter with someone else she was dating), as Women arent supposed to be interested in looks what would make me more physically attractive to her or them as I no longer believe its a looks or personality issue but something more complicated?

She is not going to jump in your lap, your going to have to do something!

ask her on a date, she's either interested or not interested
