Don't let acne stop you from talking to wemen. That's not part of the four qualifications that attract a girl. Walking up to a girl with full confidence will acne will give you more points with a girl, it shows her you have more balls as well.

go see a dermatologist, forget all those do it at home remedies tell them your issue. I had bad acne all throughout highschool it crushed my self esteem. They put me on strong ass medication (which any insurance covers) and it cleared my face up in legit 3 months. Drink alot of liquids itll flush out your system keeping your skin moisturized and feeling good. Do not bother with store merchandise unless your face is already clear. They make money off of shit like that when they arent used to get rid of acne as much as they claim it will its more so to prevent it

i've also tried everything to overcome acne and surprisingly it is starting to go away and get a hell of a lot better. this weekend one of my friends actually pointed out "wow, you hardly have any spots now! lucky c*nt" i didn't let on but i was happy that the results were noticeable.

I tried every product in the sun - toners, cleansers, scrubs, pads, moisturisers, prescribed pills (oxytetratryceline - not sure on spelling). but they only all seemed to work for a start and then slowly the spots would come back after my skin got used to the products

what i believe has really helped is stopping fizzy drinks completely, i now only drink water, coffee, and fresh juices(no homo). even when i go out i used to drink either pints of morgans and cola when i went into clubs but now i drink vodka and oj (again, no homo) but lets be honest, when someone asks you if you want a drink and you say yea, vodka and orange, it's not the most masculine thing to ask for no matter how deep your voice is?

i was suggested to start drinkin wine when i go out but due to the fact it tastes like rat p*ss i reluctantly refused (also not the most masculine drink) so i decided on vodka and lemonade when i'm out if i'm not ordering the drink myself of if the bartender is extremely attractive (they usually are around 8/9 with low tops for tips)

i also take multi vitamins with iron and cod liver oil tablets each morning, i wipe my face with a toner (anne french or clearasil) every morning after shower and every night before bed, also i apply sudocreme after using the toner at night time. i've found this either producing very positive results or i am just coming to the end of puberty (i'm happy with both results) but i am only 17 so i doubt it's the latter

X

ps - the sunbeds help also to dry out your skin and give you a nice natural glow for going out if now overused (just be sure not to dry the skin out too much)

Dude, the best and fastest way is a dermatologist. Just be careful, I have one that didn't do anything at all so she's getting fired.

If you have tried these all products and still having the problem then I strongly suggest you to go apply a technique called microdermabrasion. It removes acne and acne scars, beside this it removes wrinkles, blackheads and gives a rejuvenated skin.

Yes you have to treat the inside and outside,

For the inside take high dosis of panthotenic acid...

For the outside take B5 cream(topical niacinamide

Follow this post it changed my life, at one point i had acne i did what this dude said,

I used to suffer heavily from spots, but then I found this routine that sorted it all out for me in weeks.

Have a shower once a day and drink a lot of water.

Then go get some PanOxyl cream either 2.5% or 5% (in endgland can get this over the counter at boots I would assume you can do the same at a chemist in other countries) use twice a day (and dont be stingy with it).

So for the routine,

Have a hot shower and make sure at the end you run your face through the hot water to open up all your pours. Then immediately after, run a hot tap and have a shave using shaving cream that is for sensitive skin (comes out of the bottle blue instead of white) this is because it contains stuff that kills bacteria. You want to make sure your razor is as hot as possible (without burning you) when you shave. Once done shaving rinse your face with freezing cold water (it closes the pours back up so they don't get dirt in.) Then apply the PanOxyl.

worked amazing for me this routine cause I used to have a ton of spots then after a couple of months I had virtually none, nowadays I probs have about 3 at most when I am on a bad day.

Wash your pillow case frequently. That is key.

What PuaNinja said. IF you have to; change your pillow case every night. I found this to be a big improvement.

Ah, I'm sorry. I didn't read the entire page you linked.
Well now you have two sources, which is always good!

Another detail I've found that helps is to always wash the wax out of your hair as soon as possible, and don't work out with wax in your hair, I think it has to do with the pores opening when you sweat, and are filled plugged with wax.

I have hormonal acne since I`m 15. Now I`m 23.

I`ve been seeing a dermathologyst for all these years and the main thing treated the most my acne was a pill called Roaccutan, based on Isotretinoin. This shit is very powerfull and will damage your liver, lucky for me mine`s a tought one.

But I`m willing to try new approaches always running them by my doctor, this acne stuff it`s annoying to me now since it`s been a lot of years I`m dealing with this shit.

My doc says this will wear off after my hormones calm down, this could be after my 30`s and the idea scares me. I want to get off this pill for now ASAP.

Does anybody here ever solved this situation before your hormones stopped being all crazy? How?

Thanks.
