guy i would really appreciate any helpful advice on this subject; trying to eat well on a day to day basis, i have felt after making good progress with healthy eating it is seriously slipping after getting back into work. typically my group of friends will make a routine trip to subway or something like that im trying to avoid the processed shit so the obvious answer would be to make my own sandwiches and bring them in however after some research i have decided to avoid gluten and thus bread.
i am basically asking if anyone has any suggestions as to what the fuck i can eat and remain healthy with only a short space of time and with only one or two fast food outlets available during the day????

Water, it has so many benefits. For weight loss, it keeps you feeling fuller so you eat less. If you work out, there's been positive results in muscle gain and drinking water. Good for the skin, blood, so many things..

We hear of it's benefits all our life, yet it's a hard discipline, to drink plenty of water every day. Avoid coffee, sugar, alcohol, the common sense stuff.

Go for natural juices, teas and water. I strongly recommend orange juice.

avoid eating too much meat (a piece shouldn't be larger than your hand). Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grain and beans.

I just recently moved to Mexico, but i lived most of my life in New York, so i know it's actually harder and more expensive to live a healthy lifestyle over there.

Even if it costs you a few extra dollars and a few extra minutes of your time, It'a absolutely worth it. You can be cheap with a lot of things, your nutrition is not one of them.

Eat something high in fat during the morning and you'll burn up to an extra 400-500 calories a day. telegraph . co.uk/health/healthnews/7540732/A-high-fat-breakfast-of-bacon-and-eggs-may-be-the-healthiest-start-to-the-day-report-shows.html

What you want to do is find out how much calories you burn on average. I weigh about 180 and I burn about 2100 by just being alive. So to lose weight you should eat under that amount. I have to cut almost 20 pounds sometimes to wrestle so I will exclude all simple carbs(anything with white flour and all junk food, etc..) and sugar from my diet (occasional fruit is fine). So my diet will consist of meat, veggies and caffine before I go and do any type of cardio (which will help keep your metablosim burning fat.) When you make a diet change it becomes a lifestyle and is something that you should permanently alter yourself too. In my offseason every sunday I will eat whatever I want, but after a while you just eat healthy because thats what you are used to.

Make your own food and bring your lunch every day. That way you aren't subjected to the limitations of what's close and easy when it comes lunchtime at work. I have the luxury of being to eat whatever I want and not gain a pound, so I don't say this from personal experience, because I eat like crap. But one thing you can do is make salads with whatever fresh produce you like. Fruit salads, leafy green salads, etc. Use low cal or low fat dressings. Throw in some grilled chicken for your protein and to help fill you up. The thing about salads is you can make massive ones and eat a lot, but it's low calorie AND healthy for you. You can also get glutten-free pastas like spaghetti and you don't have to add meat if you don't want. Then just cut out the bad stuff. Drink lots of water as was said and try to make your good eating habits a lifestyle and not just something you do temporarily when you get fed up with how you look.

eat subway but eat half a sub and eat a bannan with it. Dont deprive yourself since cravings will make it harder to continue dieting.
