I was reading David DeAngelo's double your dating and read the part where he said you should talk about being friends first. Does putting the girl in the friend zone first really make the girl desire you more or will it just backfire?

I feel like this is a very risky move to make and unsure of how it works out.

it would help to know why David Deangelo thinks it's a good idea to friendzone first. I personally think that's a very bad idea. By saying "we should just be friends" you're showing her that you're not interested in her from a relationship perspective, if you friendzone first it will be very difficult to get out of there!

I tried with one girl and it failed, I'd say don't do that. But I mean I did pick a girl up while I was with her one time, so I guess I made a bad name for myself.

David by no way means putting her in the FZ by saying "let's just be friends"

FZ is a place SHE puts you when she's not sexually attracted..

The point of saying "let's be friends" is to make her wonder "wow, why he wants to be friends only? what's wrong with me? I'm not attractive enough?"

but your actions should show a different behavior.. it's like saying "too bad i'm gay" and going for a KC

If it works or not is another thing..
