Picture a big letter E above the girl's head as you are talking to her. That's your reminder that ENERGY is the key to winning her over.

Control your physiology.

Energy, and the lack thereof, is mental, not physical.

If you are not mentally in an energetic state of mind, then you've got to change your physical state. Assume the body language, actions, and facial expressions of someone who is energetic. Hold your head up, smile, DANCE!

It is impossible to maintain a sluggish, bored mindset while your body is physically acting out the habits of being energetic. You control your mental state through your physical state.

It's like going to the gym to workout. There are times when I feel tired and weak and have no energy, and I really don't feel like going to the gym. But, I force myself to go anyway, knowing that my mental state will change as soon as I start working out. By the time I'm a few reps into my workout, I have all kinds of energy and mental clarity.
The same goes for going out to bars and clubs and parties. There are times when I don't feel like dancing or talking to anyone, and think I would just prefer to chill and relax. But, then a song I like comes on, and I start to bob my head and tap my foot. Then I start to move my hips a little bit, and before I know it, I'm in full dance mode and ready to party.
