I like that, it was a very elegant way of putting into words the theory of gaining an attractive lifestyle, which can so easily be misinterpreted by a newbies as doing that solely to get girls and not even for themselves!
To have confidence by living to your values (whatever you choose them to be) with integrity is a very different thing all together, and yes that makes you ten fold better with women as a by product for many different reasons, being non-outcome dependant or reaction seeking are just a few!

Posts: 19 | | Agree. Tony Robbins doesn't really go too heavy into confidence. He's semi annoying actually. I mean, he's a smart dude, but he doesn't really have any new tools, or anything that can be easily translated. Like he lacks a vision or concept. Who knows. I'm gonna continue my meditation, gym training, cardio, healthy foods, and trying a few different programs. Something has got to be better at building inner confidence than Tony Robbins.
