I've been lurking for a little while, but i want to formally introduce myself. You can call me FortuneFavored, or just Fortune if you'd like. This is a pretty slick community you've built and I'm glad i could be a part of it.

A little about myself. I was born and raised in Melber Kentucky, but my family moved to New York City when I was around 7 years old. I'm 23 now and I'm a student in accounting. School is great. I'm making good money and living well. However, as you may have guessed... I'm not so good with the ladies.

I recently started reading "The Game" and although the ideas seem really great, execution is very nerve-wracking

I don't really have any close friends in the city, so I usually go out solo. New York City is teeming with ladies (HBs as you would call them? I'm not too sure on the acronyms on this site) however, they seem to go cold on me as soon as I introduce myself. I've tried peacocking (i have a large assortment of expensive and fancy hats) and I've tried negging them, to no avail. I like to go for the quieter type of girl who might be found hanging out around the pool table in a small nyc bar.

I never use my real name, in case i have a lucky night, but i just tell girls my name is Jeff or Ken. Should i be making a fancy nickname for myself??? I've been brainstorming in case the answer is yes. I thought "Meme" might be a good name, because i know all the memes. it's interesting enough, yet an internet savvy hottie might get the reference and be down with a redditor/4chan type.
