Same thing happened to me bro Ask her something like: who gave you your name? Was it your mom, you dad...and try to get her to say her name so you could remember it.

A friend of mine dealt with this situation in the best way I've ever heard. So he hooked up with this girl one night and was pretty drunk and couldn't remember her damn name. They're texting for a while and she's into him, he says, "Can we meet for dinner, I have something important I need to tell you..."

This girl is getting all paranoid and worked up (thinking about him the whole time) but has agreed to meet up. He says it has to be in person and alludes to the fact that he's married or something.

When they meet up for dinner he acts all normal at first and then she asks, "so what did you need to tell me" he looks her square in the eyes, smiling and says "I can't remember your fucking name, what's your name?"

The girl bursts out laughing and he inadvertently built loads of suspense and made her really keen in the process.

It's pretty elaborate but if you can pull this one off I think it's the ultimate way of finding out a girls name.
