Eh depending on the girl that could work. If she is free spirited and nice I could see it. But if she is a bitch then she'll shut you down pretty easily.

What I would do is use your opener, and if she says yes then be like cool and open my arms for a hug. She just said she would be your best friend so she will hug you. Then after that just talk a little and ask her for your number.
