Plan:

Carry her out to a pub, maybe just the two of us, have some drinks and then offer to show her my side of the campus. Bring her back to room, escalate, fuck?

As for the plan, yes, perfect. Definitely just go as the two of you if she is keen. If not, then take her to a house party - preferably yours!

Ah man, this girl ignored my message so I nexted her and got this Belgian chick to come to my room (she's living upstairs my dorm). Only talked to her a couple times but she still came over. So we chat for a bit..I show her some pictures of me back home because coming from two radically different cultures I wasn't sure how else to make her comfortable.

So on to the movie..watched a good comedy. Then I tied in the convo back to my entire day of training..asked her to massage my back (which honestly wasn't that smooth of a transition) but she did it. Tried to get her to sit on my back..she did for a few secs and then got off saying it was "odd" (not enough rapport/attraction?) but she continued to massage me.

We're supposed to go into the city tomorrow..I'm not sure if it's a lost cause or she is a quality girl. She is in fact very shy and reserved. How do I approach this thing, where can I improve.

Afraid of being to upfront as well, if I fail it would be the second girl I struck out on that floor, word spreads fast.

Your behaviour with people will override gossip eventually. You have to be aware of your actions and who you're interacting with and what effect it might have. Basically if you're always being a good person, no one will have anything bad to gossip about you.

Having "struck out" is only bad depending on what she thinks of you. She may talk about it as if you were the one that lost interest. It's all about how you behave and how you see yourself.

As for this girl, kudos for trying, the most important thing is being cool with whatever happens, so if she says "it's odd" then, that's cool. You still treat her the way that attracted her in the first place. Whether that be being very friendly, respectful, or friendly teasing, sexual talk, whatever.

If she is shy then you should expect her to resist at varying points. She's just gradually seeing if she can become comfortable with you. Never let any of it phase you, just be a great person.
