I have been studing books dvd's and anything i can get my hands on seduction and i haven;t been able to take my first step into the feild. I believe i have a rejection axitity and its holding me from getting the guts to walk up to a woman. I have relized this and i'm trying to figure out what i'm afraid of and i can't come up with an answer so if there is anyone out there that has no problem in doing this, please let me know what i should do and how to think about it so that i dont let my chater box nock me out from doing it. i need to find a way to nock out my chatter box so that i wontl think anthing of it when i walk up to a woman. any help would be great. i really would like to get this game handed and become a alpha man

badboy, the best thing for me was not to be attached to the outcome. by that i mean dont expect to get something in return. take the time to walk up to at least one woman per day and simply give her a compliment and walk away. doing this over time will give you the confidendce to approach
