Hi All,

Just got out of a 7 year relationship, mutual and amicable but still hurts like a ...

I'm lucky in that i've been keeping up with some of the free material on the web (AFC Adam stuff etc) but because of the relationship i have never really practised approaching or anything.

What's my next step? Rules of the Game? Chat to people at the supermarket? ...?

(I'm nearly 30, most of my mates are in relationships themselves, I need to get to the gym etc etc etc)
