Im sure that using colognes in moderation can be of benefit to any ones game.
I mean most guys(Or at least i do) can appreciate a good smelling woman, and vice versa.

I dont know crap when it comes to colognes, since I've never worn it myself.
I usually just stick to shampoos and deos, but im curious, and want to invest in my own.
My exGF had bought me this, and i dont know whether its for men or women.
I have never put it on after more than a few months of havin it.
But i do know it smells kinda cinnamony

Its called Calvin Klein's Obsession

Has anyone tried/recommend this? or should i just give it away to my grandma or niece?
Also, what types of colognes do you guys suggest?

I suggest you "light blue dolce e gabbana". it costs me a lot of money, but all my girl friends around just go crazy for it, they tell me it fit well with the odor of my skin. Try it, rocks.

I may be new and this may be a few days old, but I am pretty knowledgeable in fragrances.

I wear a lot of niche ($100+ for a bottle) and designer stuff. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, but want to smell good. I'd look into Chanel's Bleu De Chanel. A lot of compliments but the smell won't do well in clubs or winter since it is a lighter scent and won't project very well or last very long.

Mont Blanc Individuel is also very nice (and cheap) and will last a long time in the colder months. It is a cheap version of Creed's Original Santal.

Keep the CK Obession's on the shelf until you turn 40+. :P

I used to use axe body spray. That alone was enough to attract women. Screw paying $100. That's like $3 a can.

Wear Axe if you're a freshman in High School. It'll last until you go out the door and poof, it's gone. Stuff is revolting and pungent.

Cologne doesn't matter much; it's not necessary. It is, however, a really good bonus that can make you stand out a lot in a good way (or bad way if you wear it wrong) to women.

I think different colognes will work best for different people, but I wear Mont Blanc Legend. I decided on this one after trying a lot of samples of different colognes over several days with plenty of female feedback.

Go to a store with a lot of cologne samples on display with some girls. And don't get Aqua by Bvlgari. Too many people wear that.

After shaves work great as colognes, I've realized. The only problem being, the smell doesn't stick around for too long. But as long as it sticks around, it's as good as any good quality cologne (and much better than Deodorants). I've gotten compliments from women when I just simply used the Axe aftershaves (its variants). Try carrying an aftershave around since usually the bottles are small.

Affordable and (very) effective if you don't have enough to shell out for an expensive cologne. And of course, way better than a substandard cologne that a woman might confuse with a bug spray.
