What are some techniques to show ultimate alphaness and get Rid of aa

I'd recommend the search tool on this website and google.

Alpha -> Confidence, DHV (clothes, looks, social proof)
AA -> Approach many women, start simple with just saying hi etc.

AA doesn't really go away, you just get more used to feeling it and going in anyways, you can build momentum to lower it, but by the next day, that 1st approach is still going to make you anxious again

the more you go out consecutively and the more girls you approach in a row, the less anxiety you will feel when opening

also, pretty much the main factor to building social status is being non reactive and confident if what you are doing

Become more confident in sober day-time situations first before you seriously attempt approaches in a club. Say hi to every woman you see during the day and stop hot ones in the street and give them a compliment then walk away to build your confidence.

The longer you wait to approach, the higher your AA becomes. Approach within 3 seconds of eye contact to reduce AA.

If there is no eye contact, just be confident alpha and plow your way into eye contact and smile. The problem with waiting for IOIs or eye contact is 1) it shows your fear of rejection and your lack of confidence and 2) she could be aware of your presence in her peripheral vision, but hasn't looked at you yet because she is pre-occupied, so you could be standing around hovering too long trying to get her attention which may look creepy and weak. It's better to go in confidently and get burned than to stand around hovering before going in with a weak opinion opener.
