New to MPUA Forum

I discovered PUA society about a Year ago and i made a huge progress. Not that i can pick up strippers or bar tenders right on the spot but every time when i go to the club i never live alone.

The main reason i joined this forum is because i need help I fucked up with the girl BIG TIME and this is not the first time and it never use to bother me till this on. I already changed multiple partners after her but she just dosen't go away.

SO: the answer to the question i am seeking is what to do if you Fuck Up big time?
