Very usefull. Id thought about it before but never heard it explained and broken down that way. The only problem ive had with this internal visualization stuff is that it gets your ego up which can eliminate AA but if she ends up rejecting you your going to feel it. So this is a great idea but id like to add to it if I may. Most of the time AA is caused by a fear of rejection. So another great way to eliminate your AA is to eliminate that fear of rejection. The best way ive found to do this is to literally spend an entire week with your only goal being to get rejected. If your goal is to get rejected and she rejects you obviously you didnt fail. And over time you get used to the rejection and it wont seem like such a big deal. And that should help with AA. If you couple that with your Internal Visualizations i think it should help eliminate it completely as well as the pain of rejection if it happens. And im definately interested in those one on one consultations. It seems like you know a lot. And what you know you know well.

Sorry but that what you said is full of BS and I feel obliged to say it because many guys will fall into a trap if they follow what you just said.

The outcome of the interaction depends 100% on your actions... your physiology and psychology has nothing to do with that. You can think whatever you want, as long as you do not put that into action you'll get nowhere. No matter what you think actions will always give you an outcome.

On the other hand success depends 100% on your psychology and inner game. If you feel miserable, no matter with how many girls you sleep, or have relationships with, you'll still feel miserable. No matter how good you are at approaching you'll always feel like dying before any approach. You can win the lottery, Olympic medals or whatever and none of that will cheer you up.

If Brad Pitt approaches a girl he will have more chances to attract her because he is famous,he has incredibly good looks and he is rich, there are millions of girls who have had some kind of fantasy with Brad Pitt before they even meet him, so when he approaches them it will be like a dream come true. Just face the fact that as a normal guy you'll have to do much more than what he does to attract them sorry to tell you that.

It is important to have good internal representations because good internal representations will motivate you to get into action. They will help you to deal with rejection much better, they can give you confidence to push for more, and they will keep the interactions fun for you. That in the long term might increase considerably your success...

A good inner game is not a delusional inner game... If you believe that just by changing your internal representations will change the outcome you have with girls in an 80% you are delusional. It will not happened and also do not believe in the selling trap that some gurus put you telling you that you only did not succeed because some deeper inner subconscious fears are not letting you be a real Man, but that their miracle product will help you get over them...
You have a Dick and Balls that is what makes you a real man... You do not need anything else, if you want to get anything from the external world, grab your balls and go for what you want, and face the consequences... that is the only way.
