It's always the guys w no car, no license, live in their parents basement, no job, kids w different girls, addicted to drugs, constantly in an out of trouble that get to bang these smoking hot chix i see everywhere. Then they complain they hate guys and all guys r assholes. Fed up w it. What can i do to attract these hbs over these wastes of life??

When your 30+ have nice stable job, and shes ready to settle down.

PS don't hang with these bimbo women, they are the one's who sleep with 100 guys, are like hb9 and marry @ age 30 all dried up and used like an old kleenex.

We wont find anything to like about them if they take our women. But at a younger age a woman isnt worried much about your lifestyle, she wants somebody "cool" and who is fun to hang with.

eventually they tire of those guys and they want guys with more going on with their life.

I don´t believe you are portraying this realisticly. What are you doing to get women that isn't working? Maybe you are showing only platonic interest as opposed to those guys?

Several things.

Not everybody will like you. If you are white, she only fucks black guys. If you are thin, she wants a man with some meat on him. If you have no tats, she wants a thug/rocker dude. You'll never be able to change what some girls want, so don't waste your time.

Girls are also predisposed to making bad choices. That can work to our benefit if she chooses us over a guy that would be much better for her, but just as often she will pick a guy even worse than us! It happens.

A lot of times they go for the alpha type-A douchebag because he is drawing the most attention to himself and willing to expend the energy to attract the girl, even if it means looking like a douche to every guy around him. So you have to compete with those guys or risk losing the girl to them. Yes, solid inner and outer game helps immensely, but you still won't be able to fully control all of these factors.
