Im not close at all to her firend but the girl says hi all the time when she sees me even if I dont really see her or acknowledge her.

SHould I have her find out if the girl would be interested first? I rather not get blown out in person on campus where Ill see her and everyone else all the time.. I mean Its not a big deal cuz i would be fine. but id rather not.

Hmm, you say it's a shitty convo. Perhaps she's friendly but not interested? When you asked questions, she didn't ask any back. I don't want to be the no-hoper here but if you fear getting blown-out on campus, the messaging here is safer.. and she appears to be pre-occupied or not totally up for it.

I wouldn't rack up several messages for her too (like at the end of the convo). Just send one and no response - leave it and try elsewhere.

Seems your main fault here. Imo it's alright to start off to get the convo going, but if you interrogate her like that she's going to be creeped out.

* Try to spice up the conversation a bit
For example, when she said I really like it here you could've said something like "well wait until you've been here as long as I have!" This will probably catch her attention and she'll ask why?

*Don't message 4 times in a row
Either way it's going to come off DLV. Also please no emoticons. If she doesn't respond then you'll assume she's busy, cause she can't be ignoring some cool dude like yourself. If she is, fuck her (figuratively). Also that ending is incredibly DLV. Don't "guess", especially not after she's been ignoring you like that.

After this I'd just let this one slide for a while on FB/IM, and perhaps even ignore her IRL for a bit as well, then just casually say hi and see where that conversation takes you.

I tend to sometimes reply if she hasn't replied to me yet:
"Seems you're busy, see you around"

If she does respond to this, don't respond, or say something like "Well I gotta go now, later, x", even if you're gonna sit behind your pc the next 5 hours masturbating.

The major thing wrong with this conversation is.... you.. a random person on the internet... just started asking random question. Random, boring, questions. You can't expect her to want to carry on a convo if you don't put some personality!
