Well weight loss is the common issue for every one. Every one want to loose weight and stay healthy and fit.Here are some weight loss tips.

1. Drinking more, than 6 glass of water every day.
2. Early morning walk, is best for losing weight.
3. Taking exercise, for more than one hour is effective like (Running, yoga and jogging)
4. Eat balance diet, and avoid eating heavy foods like fast food.
5. Eat fresh fruits in diet and drink shake.

These weight lose tips are great. I will try to follow these tips for losing weight. Water is also beneficial. It is good to drink lot of water. Fruits and vegetables are good to eat and exercise is important. All these things help us to lose weight.

Some good weight loss tips are:
Make the exercise your daily routine.
Take simple, healthy, and balanced diet.
Avoid fast and junk foods.
Avoid alcohol drinks.
Participate in some physical activities and sports.
Eat more fruits and vegetables in your daily food.

Would like to add/approve of these tips:
1 is very true, I've been drinking 1.5-2l of water a day and even though I'm not looking to lose weight I find it really cleanses the body.
To add to this: Avoid calories from drinks like the plague. If you wanna drink Coke, drink diet, but just don't drink coke. Water, low fat milk and maybe some fruit drinks, preferably with no added sugar.

2 is broscience certified. I believe that there's the opinion that activating your metabolism in the morning is very clever since you'll burn more calories by nature during the entire day. I'm not sure if there's scientific proof for this. If someone has it/knows where it's published, I'd be interested to know

3 is true, burning fat is normally done at cardio levels of heart rate (60%ish of max HR) for an extended period of time.

4 is the core of losing weight. In the end you can do all the fancy shit you want, follow every fucking diet you want but it's all going to come down to eating less calories than you burn. Perhaps some diet allows you to eat even less calories than an other one, which in turn means you will lose weight quicker, but that's about it. Calorie intake < Calories burned => Losing weight
Calorie intake = Calories burned => Maintenance
Calorie intake > Calories burned => Bulking


5 is just an extension of 4 really. You want to be healthy while dieting or your teeth are going to fall out. Losing weight normally means changing your lifestyle, not just not going to McDonalds every day for a few months.

Losing weight will probably mean changing your lifestyle to the core. Exercise has to be branded into your system and eating healthy food over fast food should be the rule, not the exception.

Also, even though most alcoholic drinks contain quite an amount of calories, if factored in alcohol is not necessarily bad. Studies show that drinking 2 glasses of red wine a day is actually healthy. However large amounts of it will be causing you to take in more calories than you burn, plus it disrupts the rebuilding of the body after a work out.

a few other tips get 8 hours of sleep, do yoga releases stress(which reduces a fat storing hormone),work out, eat 20 grams of protein with each meal

Here are some natural tips that can be really helpful to aid any weigh loss program.
Drink 2-3 glasses of water after getting up from your bed in the morning. This would be best to keep up your metabolism up.
Don't eat water after a meal, no exception to it.
Try to use lemon juice or psyllium husk in the morning, whatever is suitable for you.
Eat a healthy breakfast but a light and easily digestible dinner.
Must walk for at least 10-15 minutes before going to sleep at night.
Don't skip your breakfast, its not favorable for fitness in any case.
Try to use more fresh vegetables with each meal.

Eat slow and chew your food thoroughly. Bring your own meals with you so you are not forced to resort to fast food or vending machines.

some tips for loss weight ...
first of all decide how much weight you need to lose - mostly people start their weight loss journey by claiming to be xyz kilos overweight. This is not a healthy way to project or aim for weight loss.Calculate your desired weight against your height by using reliable methods like the BMI, and set a healthy weight loss target. This is often half the battle won.so I think this is basic thing which we all should know for choosing the best excises and diet.

Really informative, discussion with us about weight lose and also really nice above comments, guys, i also have some information about weight lose, which i want to share with you, guys, for lose weight, should take exercise regularly in the morning or evening, and also should avoid fast foods because, fast foods it's good for your health, you should eat that foods, which your stomach can digest easily ...
