after this she didnt reply back for 10 days

her:lol yea mainly. i guess you were a bit wierd with that whole "living in a fantasy thing" :s

me: yea i figured you would misunderstand it. soz if i freaked you out

her: i dunno... it seems hard to believe that i would misunderstand the whole convo D:. straight up, do u like me as more than a friend?

so i do like her but do i tell her or not? and at no point in out time together has she showed she likes me. apart for the fact she came out with me and we went for walks together. i mean is a month too soon to tell her?

Say you are still getting to know her.
If you've known each other less than a month that seems like a reasonable excuse not to give a straight answer. And since she was being all weird about what you said, enough so that she isn't responding for several days I think she is on the verge of being scared away.
Leave her under the impression that since she will say things like "Not only the rain wants to keep us apart" insinuating she didn't want to spend time with you, maybe you don't like her after all...

She may just want you to validate her, and telling her will end the chase for her.
"Ok so you like me, I don't have to try anymore." And she will go back to not responding until she needs to feel like someone wants her again.

DODGE that bullet! DO not give a straight answer!

Here's what happened,

She was feeling low and needed a confidence boost. She wanted you to signal that you find her desirable. You did - she shot you down to make herself feel empowered. She got what she wanted out of you then left.

In those ten days something has happened to knock her confidence so she has come back to you for a confidence boost.

She is completely into playing games, once you admit you like her it's game over. She wins you lose.
If you say yes she gets her confidence boost and she will 'win' and you will 'lose'. You will not have a chance at getting her.

If you say no you will hurt her feelings and she will run to someone else to get a confidence boost, in time she may try to prove herself to you and start to chase you in order to get your approval. (This is a long term plan and is more powerful but so much harder to pull off and too many things can backfire).

I personally would play the game back and say something along the lines of "I'm not sure about you yet". You don't hurt her feelings yet allow her space to start working for you're approval

i hope you waited a good bit of time to reply to her if she's ignored you for ten days too
