I I walk really awkwardly. I put my hands in my pockets because they look even worse out of my pockets. My arms go straight and the don't move much. People say the best thing to do is to just let them naturally go, but my arms look weird when they just naturally go. What can I do to change this? Is there any practices, advice or videos that you guys have?

Try walking with one hand in your pocket and the other hand free. Then work on intentionally moving the arm to and fro to give it a little action during your gate. Maybe even exagerate it a bit to get used to moving it. Then when you can do it with one, do it with both.

A good way to practice this would be going to the mall and looking at your reflection in store windows when you walk by. That way you can walk in front of what is the equivalent of a long series of mirrors. You can't really do that in your bathroom, and you need to see what you look like when walking.

Awesome idea, I'll start doing that. Also, would videotaping my walk be to inorganic or would it help?

Do what you think you need to do. I also wanted to suggest the one hand in the pocket but puaninja beat me to it :)
Or, you could get a laptop bag to hold it in one hand. Or hold the phone. Point of this is one side of you is occupied and barely moving. It helps for me ( i mean i need the laptop bag but everybody carries phone this days).

You need to be relaxed, but at the same time have some control of your arms so that they don't swing around like you're a doll.
If you have to, go on the street and watch how other people walk. Just dont do it in a creepy way ;)
