I just got it today (after having to call amazon to replace it because the first one got lost in the mail  ) but i was reading it and i think its a very good starters book. A lot can be learned from reading it and i think i might start writing the posts on each of the training days just to give some help to the new guys . . . i will try to "forget" what i learned soo far and act like i am just starting with this stuff for some people . ..

just a thought

let me know what u think of the book and my idea :!: :!: :!:

Is it just a copy of Stylelife Challenges and his posts from the old ASF?

I hear the sequel ruins the happy ending of the first one, so I'm gonna pretend Style never wrote it.

Okay...I posted this in the misc section but since you ask...

I thoroughly enjoyed 'The Game', but this book is useless and a total waste of time and money.

The first book contains nothing new and consists of material freely available on the web. A true copy and paste job. Only newbies may benefit.

The second book is uninteresting, uninspiring and seems like it has been rushed together. It has no order and it's message is dissapointing.

It consists of a number of supposedly real-life experiences which set out to dispel any ideas/beliefs that the game leads people to happiness. In effect, what he is saying that the game is addictive and can be bad for your health.

Rather than a warning, I see his latest effort as simply a business exercise.

I rate this book a 1 out of 10. I rate it's marketing a 10/10.

I have come to the conclusion that Neill has given up on the community and is at a stage now where he is simply cashing in on his former life.

I bought it for a friend of mine just a few days ago. The girl in the book shop smiled at me, then saw the cover and looked sickened.... I found that quite funny.

The book itself is very much a self help book, and I am sure you could get a lot out of the 30day challenge if you're a shy person new to 'the game'. However I didn't really look at that part, I just read the first three of the stories in the back and enjoyed them.

I can see why some could be put off, the stories are very negative, but I think it is good to read less glamorous stories as it helps to keep oneself grounded... stop yourself from becoming a twisted megalomaniac.

ok so i finished both "books"

the one that is "Master the game in 30 days" its alright if your starting out like someone on here already explained

the other one is actually the story part and . . its like 30 pages if i was like a full size book . .. its actually kind of disappointing glade it was only 17 bucks that being said . . .if ur a total newbie i highly suggest getting it . . otherwise forget it not worth it

and yeah it seems he basically just shits all over the community and wants out is how i took it

It’s around 150-200 pages of stories, I can’t quite recall but I think there are 7 or so.

Re: thegame888
Neil probably has given up on ‘the community’, but he is happy now. He is a smart well rounded guy, and he isn’t addicted to the life style. He has gotten everything he wanted so why would he continue with it?

Its like that saying: ‘Its always in the last place you look’

Of course it is! you’re not going to carry on looking once you have found waht you were looking for.
