Hi

Im a tourist from western-europe and now in australia since about 5 days. I intend to travel here for about 6 months and my first city is melbourne, where I am now.

What is freakin me out is the fact that very often i walk around in public aeas, I hear people saying "gay" or "gay-or-straight?" or something like this when i pass by. In europe or asia, i never ever was be judged or degraded to a gay dude. Soooo, I asked myself just "what the fuck is going on here?"

Its very dragging me down and my i lose my frame and confidence more and more. Im not sure what the reason is why i seem to be gay to people around here, cause i dont wear fancy, tight or even trendy clothes. MY explanation to this desaster might be, that i maybe look too european like, which might be similiar to australians, but isnt in fact. I have not-so-short blond hair and blue eyes. Also im a bit skinny and only 1.75 in height.

I really wonder if i am probably in a city where so many gays are, so that people made a game which is called "who can identify the gays"?

Look in a mirror, imagine everyone's dead, there's no-one to think about how you look, now how do you wanna look? What do you really wanna wear? What do you feel like?

You can have some accessories that you have a story about and stuff, things from the past or just some thing that you're bound to by heart.

Oh yh, NEVER bind yourself to ANYTHING anyone says. People WILL try to drag you down. They might be jellous. They might be smart. They might be stupid. YOU DON'T KNOW. Let ONLY people that you TRUST give you opinions of your looks. If people call you gay, fuck them, they know nothing, THEY ARE NOTHING to you probably.

Trying to work out if this is genius or ironic.

I ask myself if im the only one who has this "problem"?

I mean there are so many guys around who actually look obviously gay. Honestly i wasnt prepared for this before i came to australia and it seems this becomes a huge "shit test" for me.

The funny thing was even when i was in a set yesterday in a park, i heard some dudes saying "gay" while they passed by some metres beside.
