It really depends on the exact details. Sometimes it is a serious tell-off. Other times it's joking. Nonverbal communication matters a lot here as does the context.

If it's a serious tell-off then what's wrong with simply respecting their choice and leaving? This would seem the obvious answer. Or are you looking for something else like a way to still have a chance to connect with her despite the tell-off? Sometimes this can be done if you respond to the tell-off in a certain way. It's up to you if you think it's worth trying to do that or just moving on to another person.

stand up for yourself, don't passively just sit there with a grin on your face getting tooled just cause she's a girl, you don't have to get furious and just go off on her or anything, I mean what can a girl say that really means anything or matters? but make it clear you are not ammused at her behavior, if you're being respectful, you don't deserve to be treated with dis-respect, her doing so shows a giant lack of socially intelligence no matter how she views you as a person, everyone deserves to be treated like a human being, with some respect until they give a real reason not to be and ask yourself this, if a girl is being dis-respectful, how much do you really want to actually sleep with a girl like that? just cause she looks good? why?

you can find other girls that look good, who don't treat people like shit
