I'm 30 year old from SoCal. I'm looking for some pointers. I'm not nervous talking to women, I'm only nervous when picking them up. I want to take my game to the next level. What would be my first step?

I have this girl at work, that has a kid, that I would try some of the techniques on. She is an emotional wreck and talks about baby daddy all day long. I just want to give to her so she can forget about him. It's a closed environment and I see her fine ass 8 hours a day. Good or bad idea? Let me know my PUA brothers.
