Hi guys, question about hired guns, it happend to me yesterday and it has been bugging me all day:

Me & some friends had a table at some club, hostes (HB 9) comes to take the order. Now I know she's a hired gun and she has to give IOI's cuz its her job, so I wasn't blown away by that. The minute we started talking I negged (the "hands off" works really well!) her and after a minute I continued with an opinion opener. We talk for some minute's she goe's back to her job I go back to my friends. Some time later (she's still giving IOI which I still dont know if Its natural at that point or still the job thing, if anyone has any advice on how to notice real from fake IOI with hired guns I would be glad.) so she asks if I want anything to drink and I told her she could buy me one. And so she did.. My bug is: did she give me a drink as an serious IOI not relevant to her job, or is that in some way another way for her to make money?
Anyway it didnt really go anywhere from there cause she saw me making out with another girl, and ofcourse by that point she was like I have a boyfriend bla bla bla which I know is totall bullshit cause why would she bring that up? other than being plain jealous..

please comment and let me know what you think, kinda new to the game could use some help!
