I cant help this. Each time I make some progress with a girl (make out) I cant stop feeling on a rush to get the next kiss. I feel that If I dont keep making out with her she will lose interest in me or our chemistry will dissolve. This makes me seem pretty anxious sometimes and show that Im in need, because I try to look for more kisses and to talk to her excesievly on FB or txt.

This time, with this girl that I live with Im trying the opposite: to dont push it. We made out last weekend and Im trying to avoid that kind of situations until next weeked. Is this a good measure or should I be more agressive? how do you act acgressievely in my case without looking "desperate"?

It's called active disinterest. You always want to play aloof and NEVER come across as needy or clingy. But if you are too distant, the girl will simply slip away or not notice you. Active disinterest can be conveyed by taking the initiative and communicating with the girl, but making it seem like it's incidental. You don't mind talking to her, but you also really don't care what she thinks about you.

You're basically forcing her to talk to you or reply to your texts, but not in the normal frame she is accustomed to, which is as a guy trying desperately to win her affection. This will put her on tilt and confuse her, and she'll start playing into your frame. Maybe someone else will reply here with some actual lines you can use. I personally think it's situational, so canned lines might not work on all girls.
