basically you don't masturbate or look at porn for (what seems to be an unknown number of days) and you will notice girls finding you more attractive.

for some reason placebo or scientific lots of guys have been getting outstanding results with this sooo I thought I'd give it a try...

Day 1: No Change
Day 2: morning wood but nothing else
Day 3: same again
Day 4: same again but this time later in the day i got lots of IOI's from girls
Day 5: enhanced energy, more IOI's random girls/woman approaching me at work
Day 6: I felt like an invincible godlike man with huge testicles about to explode
Day 7: same again and I couldn't hold out any longer

7 days seems to be the optimum but I might try 2 weeks any longer than that just seems to kill your libido

I just got back from travelling where due to being in hostels etc fapping was pretty anti-social. That and you're not sitting around on the internet bored which is of course the number one cause of a cheeky wank! Went from not getting laid in months and months to banging 3 girls and making out with 3 others on a 20 odd day trip. Obviously being travelling and staying in hotels are huge external factors but my game definitely improved. I became an absolute ruthless bastard at closing when I had the chance anyway

Trouble is now I'm back there's way too much boredom and way too much porn on the internet lol.

I've heard about this no fap challenge all throughout the Manosphere between Game bloggers.

I don't get the rational though.

I think tghis has to do with your own mindset. When you stop fapping, you build all the sexual tension and shit up inside you. You kinda radiate it too. As an added bonus, your mind is far more focussed on the goal of losing all of the tension


edit: I heard from a friend, that you do get better results when you stop fapping. I havent tried this out myself yet, but I had desided to stop it when I start the new year of college and start sleaping at my room. So the challenge starts for me. I will update how it went down in a future field/Lay repport and I will post something on this thread as well.

Went 6 days with a fap, i had immense confidence and game, managed to score on the weekend and a few numbers.

Had a day in monday bored and fapped myself senseless.

Went out yesterday, Didnt feel anywhere near the same. Didnt get the same responses.

Dont know whether you really do radiate sexual tension or a better sexual frame, maybe mindset? perhaps all 3.

I've tried this aswell.

In the beginning I got a mixed feeling, I constantly wanted to fap when I sat at home with nothing better to do, but then again, when out and about it was awesome.

One of the things I've noticed tho, is that to prevent myself from fapping I had to find something else to do to keep myself occupied! This basically resulted in that I learned how to play the guitar.

So one of the great things about not fapping, that also can help you improve your game, is that you force yourself to be creative and your life will be slightly enhanced.

Ive just gotta post, because yes i have been partaking in this NO FAP craze for awhile now. I first got into it because of acne a few years back and yes it does significantly reduce my acne by probably 75% when i go a week+ without it. But another thing i noticed is the increased sexual awareness after around 4-5 days for obvious reasons and another interesting thing is, if i dont fap for around 5-7 days and then fap ONCE and only ONCE it pumps my sexual drive through the roof and motivates me. However the catch is you really have to contain yourself because its easy to fap 3-4 times once you start that process again and then that kills it for another 5-7 days.

This is just my person experience, I dont know if itll work for everyone but it really does for me for some reason.

just a thought, some of the benefits that some guys are talking about, like increased libido, more confidence, sexual tension etc etc. i get these same benefits the night after getting laid.. just a thought!

Works like a charm if i might add. Started my NO fap challenge 6 days ago and staying strong. I feel like i have the urge to talk to anyone, approach whatever girl, comment what the fuck i want and do what i want. This way, i enter a inner god-like mode which is just pure beast.

The ones who have not tried it and are struggeling with approaching girls should definately try this. And yes, you do get desperate, and want to fap BADLY, and that my friends is the brain playing tricks on you.
