I have a very weird question for you guys. What are some general guide lines to follow with body hair? On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being not hairy and 10 being hairy) I am like a 7.5. I keep very clean, I shower at least twice a day, but I'm a hairy dude. Any suggestions?

Depends on your area. If you live in an area where the lumberjack look is attractive, stay hairy. If you live in an area where the hairless male is what's desirable, shave, wax, or trim as appropriate.

Attractive girl not like to be a man hairy. Have a few girls who liked that i was shaved. The only thing where hair is allowed is on your head. They like man have face like baby skin.

I am a bit manly too. I found that nair on the back applied with a spatula and then removed with a spatula works well. Chicks seem to dig the chest hair. I make it look nice. Also shaving down south makes it look bigger and cleaner. Make it nice for her if you want her to spend some time down there. Invest in some clippers.

Okay, out of self consciousness I may have exaggerated. I'm more of a 6. I don't have hair on my back. I have tried the 100% shaved thing and it was HORRIBLE. I have ingrown hairs on my nipples now and my crotch hair grew back the next day to a stubble. I live in an area where it is sunny year round so I do a lot of shirtless activities like swimming. I need to get rid of these ingrown hairs ASAP.

I would suggest you a complete body hair removal SPAM. Don't get afraid by its term, hair removal process is very easy and comfortable. Using IPL machine would be best for you, it is a non-invasive technique that you can use at your home, its quick and very safe.

I think it depends on how your hair grows/looks when it's grown. Me, I can grow about three whispy hairs on my chest and that's about it. So I definitely get rid of those because they look ridiculous. However, if you can grow a full manly chest of hair (and generally, I think, if you're a bit older, not in your early 20s), then you can pull off being a bit more hairy and the manly-man look.

As a general rule though, I'd get rid of chest hair and at the very least keep pubic hair trimmed short.

It's okay to be hairy, but you have to control it. That being said, there are several areas that should never have hair on them. They are as follows:

1. The back of your neck.
2. Your back.
3. Your shoulders
4. In between your eyebrows
5. Did I say back of the neck? Yea, that one's really important!

I remember one day I invited a girl over to help me cut my hair. Just the hair on my head. That other hair gets taken care of by just me. What wild night that turned out to be. Ended up that we were both covered in hair an had to take a bath together. Then room mate walked in and was just standing there trying to say he was sorry for like 1 minuet. We both laughed so hard. Me an the girl that is.

Relying on your heirnest scale I am 9. Very very hairy, all over my back, back of the neck, sholders and chest.
I am waxing back and neck, trimming chest.
I am living by the sea coast so during the summer season going on waxing one per month. During autumn and winter season every 2.5, 3 months.

My first time was hell. I was lying on the bed for almost 2 hours. Combination of strong hair root and big lenght, It is easier and less painfull if you trim you hair and after that you wax them.

It is hell of the pain, but looking yourself in the mirror after...
Another plus is girl wax me. I use it constantly like my wing.

Remember, ears too. Especially as you get older. Nothing worse than a bunch of curly pubic-lookin' hairs shootin' out of your ears. And yes, you are going to have to pluck them. And yes, that means buying tweezers if you don't already have a pair.
