Okay I had a "date" with this girl today and I told her she should text me if she could hang out. Because she had to talk it over with her parents(we are still in high school). When I talked to her on the phone the night before it was kinda.. Tounge tied. The whole day went by and she never texted back, and I didn't want to come as needy. So I let it slide.

Q: Has this ever happened to you before? And what did you do about this scenario?

I'm thinking about texting her after work saying something like, hey what happened to you yesterday, and then something witty.

How old are you? high school is a broad range.

Anyway, don't text her asking what happened as it comes across as "needy" and that it affected your life that she hadn't contacted you.

Best way to think is that this girl needs to know that you want her but that you don't need her.

If she ever blows you off and informs you just let her know you've found something else to do.

If she's blown you off without informing you then give it a couple days and reopen, if she makes other plans with you just neg her then praise.
