Ok, I'm gonna be honest I've been reading and doing a lot of stuff but I'm not sure I fully understand KINO can someone give me some better insight?

Kino is all types of physical interaction between you and the HB. The idea is to get her used to your touch and not feel uncomfortable with it.

Light kino refers to things like a pat on the shoulder while more intense kino may be kissing.

Here´s (in short) some kino style uses for his evolution phase shift routine from light to more intense

LIGHT
Trust test
handholding
sniff hair
sit on lap
touch, bite elbow
bite neck
kiss
french
INTENSE

Hope this gives you a feeling of kino. I like to do some calibration of how well she reacts to kino while I lock in. Just move her around, just half a meter (I need to lean against the well gimme some room, move over here girl...). Works like a charm, you are now a touchy feely person without being weird.
