guys,i have just started to go out daygaming, and i have used "does this shirt looks good on me?".well i know its not a really good opener but i was just trying to ACT instead of thinking of a opener in my house. when i came back,i searched and thought of a better opener but i really couldnt find anything.i checked the sticky post here but i couldnt find anything i feel really comfortable with for my day game.i really need help guys,what do i do? please suggest me an opener for my daygame but it should be for a newbie as im just pushing myself against my AA and trying to push myself out of my comfort zone..thanks for the help guys

How many times does this forum need to repeat that you can open with virtually ANY line.That varies from the simple "hello" all the way to a complicated(maybe useless) canned opener.Try to be a little more confident.

man beautiful girls get approached with hello or compliments all the time.i was thinking more of a situational opener for example i see her in the bookstore and comment on the book she is reading etc.

Hey, UnrealLove, I'm actually planning on going out for my first day approaches today. While I'm looking for a few canned openers, I'm also planning on making attempts at natural stuff and just saying "hi" as an attempt to get over AA. One I used the other night, which I plan on using today was the "Blind date" opener:

Me: Have you ever been on a blind date?
Her: no
Me: Would you ever go on a blind date? (obviously you're not asking if she'd date you, because she's looking right at you, so that should help to keep things a little less awkward - it seem to for me, anyway)
Her: Ummm...idk. maybe. why?
Me: My friend got a set up on a blind date and he keeps asking me what he should wear, how he should act, and where he should take her out to, but I've never been on a blind date before, so I have no idea. If you were meeting a guy on a blind date, what would you envision as being the best choice of dress?

Then, after she went into a spiel about how to dress (essentially, nice, but not over-the-top fancy) I Neged by poking fun at, "so, what you're saying is, it's not about his personality, it's how he dresses that matters. Okay, let me text him that."

thats my problem with the opinion openers because i think its obvious that you are hitting on her,otherwise i dont fucking need a strangers opinion on something haha.i think its a great opener though if you can pull it of,but i saw "have u guys seen the fight outside" i think its a marvelous opener as you dont ask for her opinion and just ask for something random that just happened.you can use it in the malls or any closed place i think.i will try it tomorrow in a mall and post the results on my field report.you should also let me know how does it go with your opener man and i have a question for you: i can stop women in the street and ask her opinion about smt,i did that but when we are in a closed place like a mall,im fucking afraid becasue what if she blows me?then everybody will look at me with humiliation and pity and what if somebody i know sees that? how do u overcome that fear Hound?tomorrow will be the first time i play in a closed environment,we will see.good luck to you man!

If you're using an opinion opener avoid ones which can be answered yes or no, you're looking for an "opinion" not a confirmation. The opinion opens a girl up for communication a confirmation stops it in it's tracks. If the girl likes you then she will keep the communication going herself so give her a little hand with the thread.

As far as getting blown off during an approach goes, I have a fear of the same thing, especially in areas like the mall, but what you should keep in mind is that most people don't give a shit about what anyone else is doing around them. If you get blown off, unless you say something really offensive and she starts attacking you, no one is going to notice. If they do, they probably won't even know what happened and if they do, they won't care. They'll probably just think the girl is a bitch for being rude. And if your friends see you and they give you shit, just say, "okay, your turn." and watch them squirm. Someone who gives another guy shit for getting shot down is a douche anyway who's probably just another AFC to boot. As far as what to do if they just walk away, when it happened to me, today, I just said, "Yeah, I wouldn't want to help me either." and just rolled my eyes and kept walking.

Thus far, today, I got an early shot at the mall that was kind of a waste. Pretty much kids with their parents, except for people working in stores. After attempting a few natural approaches, I soon realized that I was squaring off waaay too quickly. The moment I got a girls attention, I would turn directly towards them and they would almost immediately seem frazzled. I was only out for a few hours, so I'll probably go back later today and hope there's a few more 18 and ups. Hopefully, I will get to try my aforementioned opener in said venue.

Anyone have advice on opening a mixed set with parents? or should that just be avoided? lol

thanks man ı understand what you mean and you have the fear of approach all the tıme,you just have to say fuck ıt and do what you have to do. ıts early ın here,ı wıll go to the mall and see ıf there are some chıcks

i came back form the mall,i did one approach and it was fairly good but i couldnt fucking transition damn.the rest i dont know,i saw oppurtunities but they are always with a group of people.im havent done any sets,just single HBs. but im going out with my friends in a bit and i will try to do some approaches after chilling with them,how did yours go man?

Hey, not being able to transition is something that can easily be worked on. Opening, in my opinion, is the greatest hurdle and you got through it. Even if it was with only one girl, you still know that you can do it, so props to you, sir. Hope your second round went well too! I never made it back for round two, but I'm going to the movies with a few friends today, so hopefully I'll get a chance to at least do a few approaches. At this point, I'm not even worried about transitioning; If I can do it, great, if not, at least I'm approaching and hopefully opening. Progress is progress and I'll take every inch I can get.

well i went out with my buds and came back but i didnt approach haha but the thing is we decided to go out to clubs in a few night so i will do tonss of approaches and until then i just decided to dedicate myself to studying some material,yes i know i can approach eventhoug its hard because at daygame you can numberclose if you are good but at night game alcohol helps alot haha,and sluggler,i have checked your blog and you are too good for me man like you do direct gaming and me and i assume hound too are doing indirect because we dont have the balls YET to do direct game during the day.at night,i will do it becasue with alcohol its alot faster and easier in my opinion.and hound,i hope you did some approaches man,and i agree with you and im at the same point.the fact that im making approaches is good for me at this point,fuck transition i dont care.just approach.but for a few days i will just study and get ready for night game for transitions,negs etc.

Still no success stories, but I have an orientation tomorrow for an honors program and the list of invites was predominantly female, so hopefully there will be at least one or two HB's.

I did start a conversation with a waitress utilizing natural improve and using observation. It was as simple as seeing some scratches on her arm and asking, "Do you have a cat?" which, is not an open-ended question, I know, but as soon as she stopped mistaking "cat" for "cap" she was off to the races, "Yeah, but it's at my parents right now...cousin is visiting and she's allergic...but dad hates cats...blah, blah, blah..." if only it was always so easy - and with some high end HB's haha But, I was happy to have been able to notice something like that and just blurt out "do you have a cat?" after which, I was praying to myself "please don't be a cutter" lol
