A trick i made up myself, its to create some sexual tension. Let's say we're in this situation.

She: So what are you doing?
Me: Unclothing myself because i'm going to bath.
Or.
she: so what are you doing
Then i dont respond for like ten minutes before i respond
Me: searching for some clothes, i'm just done with my bath

I could see this being used as a measure of her sexual interest. Not sure if you will get a girl to turn this sexual early in chatting. Once you have some comfort and have had some sexual convo's then this may get a "Mmmmm nice!" type reply.

Edit: Yes, multiple of times, worked 50 percent to shift sexual, and after teasing it worked like 80 percent.

Your example shows that there has already been some interaction/convo's between you. You can just say Im running around my house nekked for fun...and make it sexual with a girl you already have investment from.
