For some reason I'm not a fan of Simple Pickup...they seem a bit too direct and project too many IOIs before even building comfort. I definitely prefer indirect openers, less risky...either that or I'm just too pussy to go direct

I personally want to stop masturbate, because i tried to make it once a week, but it turned into 2 days, and then 3 and then i did it every day. Killed my motivation. So in my field report i challenged myself to not masturbate for 31 days, hope i can do this

Dont do this... it might be a nice self goal but it wont really help you with women...after a week of no masturbating you become needy and desperate and youll do anything with a hole.... try masturbating every monday so its more of an exciting thing... also your testosterone will peak on saturdays...also your testosterone goes down to normal after seven days andanywhay but peaks after five or six days so yeah but its all advice... you can do whatever you want
