Journals are amazing for your personal growth, man, I kept one for about six pages on another forum, with massively long posts. It really helped me get to the stage I'm at mentally, though I'm in a monogamous relationship now and no longer hooking up with randoms. I have gone from timid, to outgoing but insecure, to very aware of my social freedom around people, and it has played out in my journal.
However there is a tendency to overthink things purely because of the writing about yourself which is involved. I've seen another guy's journal on another forum, it's 23 pages long and it's his THIRD journal. This guy writes down every bloody thought that comes to his mind and every little insecurity believing that it will help him get better... I think personally that it will only drive you further inside your own head to do that. So my advice would be to post the things which you consider really important, and especially concentrate on the positives, because it's all just a Game anyway, right?
Your assessment of night 1 was interesting in that you seem to be trying to force yourself into action. I've seen this before in people and I think it's a good intention but sometimes has the wrong result. You're saying do things faster, faster, faster, but men are already too fast for women as it is! (Just look at your average woman's sex life, ahahahaha) It might help you (in my opinion) to shift that mindset to one of effortlessness, slowness, and seductive power. From quickfire actions to the flowing of an ocean. From the quick wit to the longing gaze. And so on. Additionally the "lines" of PUA theory blur in this state, so you can start to tell when girls want more, and move with the situation, for example by taking her into the bathroom toilets for some dirty times or back to your place for a glass of wine, and doing this at the right time. Attentiveness to what the woman is feeling and being in touch with the world's underlying current of sexuality yields far more fun, easy results than the "push push push go go go" mindset though you're nowhere near that bad.
Anyway I liked what you posted on that other thread so I thought I'd chip in on your journal

great work going out on your own. I hope it all goes well for you!
