hey guys, first post. I was at a party two nights ago and I was having a good time, alpha body language, being the social center etc. at two different points in the night I looked over at this HB9 standing near the drinks and she was giving me the look. I was busy gaming some other girls so I didn't go talk to her, but near the end of the party she comes up and says "you're cute, why haven't we been talking? I have to leave but let me give you my number, I'm in town for the next month, you should give me a call." naturally I got her number in my phone really quick, did some kino while typing it into my phone and she was responding nicely. my dilemma is this: she was pretty drunk at the time, so I don't know if she even remembers who I am. do I make contact? and if so, should I call or text? would love some help here.

Definetly contact her! She could get buyers remorse, or not even remember you, but then again you can only gain.
Just be like
"Hey, [it's me from last night], let's do the thing you mentioned last night over a coffee."
Just to see what she remembers haha... whether you call or text is up to your comfort level. Both I think is as acceptable. She might recognize you better by your voice... and remember.

Just call her man. Thats all you have to do.

It's the only way, you have to call her, its one of those situations where you have nothing to lose. Eventually you have to take some risks even though you are losing value as a result. Things like, going in for the kiss, asking for phone numbers, stuff like that.
