So there was this girl in a college class back a year ago, and our eyes would meet each time I came to the class room, or outside she would be looking at me. Back then, I was going through some problems and wasn't open for a relationship at the time, so I never talked to her.

For some reason, I remembered her recently, looked her up, and found her Facebook profile. I added her, but no luck, she won't add me back. In this kind of situation, should I send her a message? I really want to get to know her, but I'm thinking its a lost cause.

What should I do?

Send her a PM reminding her of who you are and how you know her. Tell her kinda indirectly that you had a lot going on in your life back then, but wish you had taken the time to get to know her. Leave it at that and see if she responds. If not, then you really haven't lost anything!

I have almost the same exact situation myself.. knew this girl about a year ago but I was busy like you. I did ask her out once but she was "seeing someone." Whatever, probably an excuse. We did however keep talking after that, just not recently. Idk, I think you should go for it. I mean its fb so nothing to lose right? Thats what I plan on anyway, unless you guys think its a lost cause
