I realized my approach anxiety comes from what to say at first. I understand the routines and techniques to get me in the friend zone hahahaha jk. I started studying and making up my own stories that an average person would be interested in hearing and laugh about or even think to themselves wow thats crazy well I think....blah blah blah. What do you guys think is a 2 to 3 minute explanation of a story to long I'm not stacking. After I get somewhat of an answer I start asking them who they are and introducing myself does that sound alright?

My heart just beats really fast if I think about approach, but if I just go and do it, not so bad.

I went up to the waittress tonight at the restaurant, she was facing the wall and I wasn't going open her, she was busy anyways. I told my friend I was going to talk to her, which I almost did(found out she was in front of a wall). She was just to busy and to many staff around. It's sad when the women in your group are dull and you approach the waittress insted lol.

It is not AA that scares me or affects me anymore, its leading a conversation forward and keeping her interested. AA is nothing.

I notice when I have a beer and relax in a chair and keep to a calm state I'll look over to a girl and think about it, its like whatever to me and when I stand up my heart start beating fast.

Yeah i feel you guys. That is normal, especially when you are pretty new to the game. Since your whole life approaching a girl in public seemed like a impossible situation.
It takes time, and going out making approaches everyday!

You both should set a goal for yourself. "I will approach 10 women everyday until i am comfortable approaching"

Even if it is just going up to a HB or anyone to just ask what the time is, or directions some where. i use to do this when i first got started and it really got me comfortable with approaching a perfectly random stranger.

Don't automatically start out approaching the hottest girl around or in the club, start with maybe a HB7 or around there. if you immediately approach a HB9 or 10 more than likely you will crash and burn from lack of experience. OR you may just get lucky.

But yeah just start getting out there EVERYDAY hit the malls and start approaching.
