Rafiel,
Hypnotism however, is an awesome art and I'd very much recommend looking into it if you're going to strongly incorporate NLP into your game. Hypnotic principles are quite easy to learn and fairly simple at heart, the hard part is trying it and learning through trying (and in doing so developing your confidence that you can actually do it). The powers of hypnotism are in many ways quite unlimited, if you know how to make it work. I attended a psychology conference last year in London by the guy who taught the magician Paul McKenna. He performed hypnotic 'tricks' on the audience, including myself. Some of the things he did you just wouldn't believe unless you were there - for instance, he made himself invisible to certain people. He'd then pick up a girl from the audience and fly her across the room - the poor volunteer participants thought she was actually flying. As you can see, the art requires a lot of responsibility.
