In addition to hitting the gym, look into what your daily routine consists of and how much time you spend 'inactive'. For example, if you have a desk job try and get up every so often and take a short walk, take the stairs at least part of the way to your destination, and other small things like that. Also, I would look into doing some research on what foods are beneficial for your metabolism.

Dont rely on potions and powders.

HIIT- high intensity interval training. this is where you do an exercise, usually cardio. and do it in a boxing rounds style. Warmup- very intense- slow down and chill - repeat
Lets say 1min slow and 30 seconds high intensity on a cardio machine, aim to do as many rounds as you can in 10/15 mins

MRT- metabolic resistance training. an umbrella term that would take me a long time to fully cover. this is just anything where you are being resisted i.e resiatance band, dumbells, barbells, your own bodyweight
and your metabolism is being raised- this can be done in a number of ways such as exyended sets or h.i.i.t style rounds where high activity is followed by low followed by high

CIRCUITS- self explanatory

BOXING/MMA- fight sports are the best exercise in the world. period. you wont see a greater development of cross directional tissue or "practical" strength from anywhere other training methods, except maybe tae bo or other workouts that are based on combat movements.

If you are unsure about anything hire a personal trainer, you will be amazed by your results when you work together

1. Exercise and workout more often.
- Anything from swimming to going to the gym will do.

2. Instead of eating less, eat the same amount except break the meal into smaller meals and eat throughout the day.
- This will keep your metabolism constantly working.

3. Stay hydrated.

Meal frequency does not affect net metabolism.

I eat 2 meals per day and stay lean all year round
