I think if your friend approached a girl with the kind of "energy" you're describing, it may be too much.

It's normal to feel horny or excited when you see an attractive woman and it's also a HUGE indicator that you MUST approach her and find out if she's crazy or not. maybe he's become very attached to the idea of fucking, so attached that it gets to his head, and before he knows it, he stuck in his head, and she's gone. it's ok to feel attracted to a girl, you can't help it, but if you let it overwhelm you, it will either make you so horny that you must approach her, or it will put alot of pressure on you to successfully seduce her.
