I would leave it alone. Don't even tag her, act is if it's a regular thing that you are in around/photos with hbs.... duh
I agree with this to a degree. If you have other photos with girls then you can act as if this happens all the time. If y'all have several mutual friends then she probably already knows about the photo so you should PM her and talk about the photo as if you assume she was already tagged in it. Complement how good a couple ya make, and then slightly neg her about something in the photo.
"We make a cute couple...Do you see that your top (shirt) is a little crooked?"
